Dubai Holding Real Estate now offers on-site Golden Visa support at Nakheel and Meraas centres for property buyers to simplify residency processes.
Dubai Holding Real Estate has introduced a dedicated service aimed at simplifying the Golden Visa and investor residency application process for eligible property buyers. This new initiative is available directly at Meraas and Nakheel sales centres, allowing buyers to receive immediate guidance on eligibility, documentation, and application procedures while selecting their properties.
By integrating residency support within the property purchase journey, Dubai Holding is providing a seamless and transparent experience for investors. While the actual visa applications will be processed by an approved visa services provider, Nakheel and Meraas sales centres will serve as support hubs to assist customers throughout the process.
The service primarily focuses on residency options for property investors, including the UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa. This long-term residency is available to investors who own one or more properties valued at a minimum of AED 2 million, subject to conditions and approvals by relevant authorities.
Existing customers of Dubai Holding Real Estate can also benefit from this new service, which aims to provide clearer guidance and a more consistent process for sales teams and brokers managing property transactions.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized the significance of this integration: “Dubai is one of the world’s most attractive destinations to live, invest and build for the future. By integrating the Golden Visa and investor residency process into the property ownership journey, we are empowering our customers with greater clarity and confidence as they choose their homes.”
This initiative supports Dubai’s broader goals to elevate the city as a leading global hub for investors, residents, and skilled talent. It aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to increase home ownership to 33%, double the sector’s GDP contribution to approximately AED 73 billion, and boost real estate transactions by 70%.
For real estate agents, this development offers a valuable opportunity to assist clients in navigating residency benefits alongside property purchases, enhancing sales value through a clearer, more unified service. By leveraging this streamlined process, agents can better advise buyers on long-term investment security and residency options in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
