Dubai Healthcare City starts Dh3 billion Dubai Creek Gardens, offering 1,400+ homes focused on greenery and wellbeing in DHCC Phase 2.
Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has officially commenced work on Dubai Creek Gardens, a significant Dh3 billion residential project located in DHCC Phase 2. This development promises to introduce over 1,400 homes within a sprawling 127,000 square metre low-density community that emphasizes greenery, outdoor spaces, and wellness-oriented living.
A standout feature of Dubai Creek Gardens is its commitment to outdoor living; approximately 70% of the development will be dedicated to landscaped gardens, parks, sports facilities, and open recreational areas. This green focus supports not only a healthier lifestyle but also aligns with Dubai’s sustainability goals for urban communities.
The project, developed by Global Partners Ltd in collaboration with several partners including Marriott International, will include a mix of residential units alongside retail and dining venues. Notably, it will feature the UAE’s first Westin and Renaissance branded residences, further enhancing the luxury living options available in the area.
Dubai Creek Gardens fits seamlessly into broader city strategies such as the Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, both of which focus on sustainable development, increased green spaces, and elevated recreational facilities. These plans aim to foster greener, more vibrant, and livable urban environments that cater to Dubai’s growing population.
The project is backed by significant investment confidence, with DHCA taking a founding shareholder role in the Global Partners Property Fund II to support ongoing development in DHCC. According to Issam Galadari, CEO of Dubai Healthcare City Authority, the scale and quality of Dubai Creek Gardens reflects sustained investor trust in DHCC Phase 2’s potential.
"Developments of this scale and quality contribute to our vision for the destination by creating an environment where people can live, work and access world-class healthcare and wellness services within one connected ecosystem," Galadari stated.
With Dubai’s population expected to reach 5.8 million by 2040, the demand for high-quality residential communities continues to rise. Dubai Creek Gardens, expected to be completed by 2030, will significantly broaden the residential, hospitality, and lifestyle offerings in DHCC. The development is poised to enhance the district’s role as a unique destination combining healthcare, wellness, and contemporary urban living.
For agents, Dubai Creek Gardens represents an exciting opportunity to market exclusive branded residences and a wellness-focused community within one of Dubai’s most promising districts. As demand for sustainable, lifestyle-oriented developments grows, this project is set to attract investors and residents seeking holistic urban environments with integrated healthcare and leisure services.
