DHG Properties finalizes its first Dubai project, delivering 430 homes in Helvetia Residences, marking a key milestone in its UAE expansion.
DHG Properties has officially completed and started handing over its inaugural Dubai development, Helvetia Residences, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). This marks a significant milestone for the Swiss developer as it expands its footprint in the UAE market.
The $200-million (Dh734.5 million) project was finished within two years and includes a 25-storey tower housing 430 fully sold-out units. The residences offer a blend of studios, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across more than 73,000 square metres of built-up space.
As part of the Swiss DHG Group, with over 30 years of international real estate and construction experience and more than 300 projects delivered globally, the successful handover demonstrates its construction and delivery expertise with long-term plans for growth in Dubai.
Blagoje Antic, Chairman, CEO, and Founder of DHG Group, commented, “When we entered Dubai, we made a commitment to bring our Swiss development heritage to the UAE, from the way we build and the standards we maintain to the experience we deliver to homeowners and value we deliver to investors. Reaching handover and seeing the development begin this next chapter is a proud moment and an important milestone for DHG’s journey in the UAE.”
The Helvetia Residences adds a considerable 430 new homes to Dubai’s residential inventory at a time when the city is experiencing rapid real estate growth. Data from the Dubai Land Department highlights the completion of 104 projects in the first half of 2026 alone, representing Dh111 billion in investment and adding 24,537 residential units. These figures reflect increases of 38.7% in completed projects and over 36% rise in units delivered compared to the same period in 2025.
Choosing JVC for its first UAE development was strategic. Milos Antic, Vice Chairman of DHG Group and CEO of DHG Properties, stated, “JVC has developed into one of Dubai’s most established residential communities, and that was an important factor in choosing it as the location of our first UAE development.”
Helvetia Residences combines private living spaces enhanced with intelligent design and technology alongside recreational and outdoor community facilities. Apartments are equipped with smart home systems and premium finishes. Shared amenities include landscaped gardens, a resort-style swimming pool, children’s play areas, a Technogym-equipped fitness centre, jogging tracks, and a rooftop padel court, all designed to elevate the resident experience.
DHG Properties is extending its business to cover property management services through DHG Property Management. These services focus on real estate advisory, leasing options—both long-term and short-term—and resale support, ensuring homeowners receive comprehensive assistance throughout their ownership journey.
“As Helvetia Residences moves into the next phase, we also recognise that delivering the keys is only one part of the ownership journey. Our focus now is on ensuring residents continue to experience the quality and level of service associated with DHG well beyond handover,” added DHG leadership.
Alongside Helvetia Residences, DHG Properties has two other residential developments underway: Helvetia Verde in Meydan Horizon and Helvetia Marine on Dubai Islands. These projects will broaden their portfolio in Dubai beyond JVC, reinforcing their ongoing commitment to the city’s thriving property market.
For agents, the delivery of Helvetia Residences underscores the increased supply and diversification in Dubai’s residential sector, particularly in sought-after communities like JVC. The growing portfolio of reputable international developers like DHG provides fresh opportunities for client engagement, from primary sales to property management services. Staying informed about such high-quality projects and their extended ownership support services can enhance agents’ value propositions to buyers and investors alike.
