Despite regional uncertainties, Sajan observed increased investor confidence in Dubai’s real estate sector. “I have seen the confidence of people believing in Dubai and the UAE,” he said, urging interested parties to verify sales data from other developers as well.
“People are investing in Dubai because there is no better place than Dubai,” he added.

At IPS, Danube was also highlighting "Greenz by Danube," its first townhouse community in Dubai, though the primary highlight remained the discount offer.
